Summit Argo Man Killed in Apple Valley Motorcycle Crash on Interstate near Dale Evans Parkway Off-Ramp Monday evening

Apple Valley, California (March 25, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a traffic accident that left a motorcycle rider dead Monday evening in Apple Valley.

On March 24, at around 5:08 p.m. officers responded to the crash on the northbound Interstate 15 near Dale Evans Parkway off-ramp.

According to the authorities, the motorcyclist rear-ended a 2015 Kenworth semi on the interstate for reasons still under investigation. The Mansfield bar on the back of the semi cracked in half after the impact.

The motorcyclist, only identified as a 63-year-old man from Summit Argo, Illinois, was declared dead at the scene. His name was withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Authorities closed the road during the investigation.

The California Highway Patrol Victorville Office asked anyone who witnessed the crash to call them at 760-241-1186.

“Far too many motorcycle collisions are caused by the carelessness or recklessness of other motorists. Sadly, when this occurs, motorcyclists are the ones who tend to suffer the vast majority of injuries”, according to Arin Khodaverdian, Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group. Under California’s rule of comparative negligence, a victim may be able to collect compensation for injuries and other damages even if you were partly at fault for the accident.

Mr. Khodaverdian encourages victims and their family members to seek legal help as soon as possible in order to preserve their rights to the full extent of the law.

Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys has helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”

Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.

Mr. Khodaverdian is personally available for free consultations 24/7 by calling 866-773-0222
