1 Injured in Los Angeles Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 10 at Alameda Street Off-Ramp

Los Angeles, California (December 11, 2019) – Authorities said a motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a big rig Wednesday morning in Los Angeles.

The accident happened at about 8:51 a.m. on westbound 10 Freeway at Alameda Street off-ramp.

The California Highway Patrol said the motorcycle collided with the big rig for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews found the motorcyclist down in the No. 3 lane and the motorcycle under the big rig.

The rider suffered major injuries in the collision. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

CHP is investigating the accident.
