San Francisco Motorcycle Crash on Highway 101 near San Bruno Avenue Off-Ramp

San Francisco, California (February 7, 2020) – A motorcycle and a car collided Thursday afternoon on a highway in San Francisco, resulting in major injuries, the California Highway Patrol reported.

CHP officials, firefighters, and paramedics responded to the scene of the crash that happened at around 3:40 p.m. on northbound Highway 101 at San Bruno Avenue off-ramp.

CHP said a red motorcycle and a car of unknown make and model were involved in the accident.

At least one person was hospitalized with major injuries.

Authorities closed the Nos. 4, 5, and 6 lanes as investigators worked the scene.
