Markella Smith Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Highway 138 in San Bernardino

Markella Smith Identified as Victim Killed in San Bernardino Pedestrian Crash on Highway 138

San Bernardino, California (June 23, 2020) – Authorities have identified Markella Smith, 25, of Las Vegas, Nevada, as the victim who was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash on Wednesday morning in San Bernardino.

At about 3:33 a.m., on June 17, the California Highway Patrol responded to the deadly crash on Highway 138 near mile marker 13.5.

As per the officials’ report, Smith was struck by a vehicle on the roadway.

Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.

More details about the accident were not immediately available.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
