Vincent Williams Arrested After Highland Pedestrian Accident on 210 Freeway near Highland Avenue

Highland, California (February 4, 2020) – A male party was killed in an alleged DUI pedestrian accident that took place in the area of Highland on Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The fatal collision took place at around 1:23 a.m. on February 1, along 210 Freeway near Highland Avenue, in San Bernardino.

As per the CHP report, the male pedestrian who was walking on the highway was struck by a westbound car driven by 28-year-old Vincent Williams of San Bernardino for unknown reasons.

The unidentified pedestrian died in the accident.

Mr. Vincent Williams was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
