Fatal San Dimas Multi-Vehicle Crash on San Bernardino Freeway
San Dimas, California (April 20, 2020) – A male party died following possibly a three-vehicle collision on the westbound side of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway at Kellogg Drive in San Dimas at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball.
The manner in which the multi-vehicle collision occurred was not immediately established at the time of the report.
The man, who was believed to be in his 50s, was declared dead at the scene on April 19.
Meanwhile, it was not clear whether the deceased was killed inside a vehicle or outside as a pedestrian.
No other injuries were sustained in the mishap.
The crash resulted in the closure of all lanes of the westbound 10 Freeway at Kellogg and diverting traffic off at the Orange (57) Freeway up to about 2:30 a.m.
The investigation is still ongoing.
