Fatal Laguna Hills Pedestrian Crash on 5 Freeway near Alicia Parkway

Laguna Hills, California (May 20, 2020) – A man, possibly in his 20s, was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer Tuesday just after midnight on 5 Freeway in Laguna Hills, a local news source reported.
