Motorcyclist Killed in Santa Rosa Crash on Santa Rosa Avenue near Yolanda Avenue

Santa Rosa, California – One person was found dead after the Santa Rosa crash occurred between a vehicle and a motorbike on Wednesday afternoon.

The Santa Rosa police have stated that the bike rider collided with the car on Santa Rosa Avenue south of Yolanda Avenue.

The crash occurred at around 3:30 pm on August 19

The bike rider was traveling northbound on Santa Rosa Avenue when it met with an accident after crashing into a southbound SUV that pulled out of the driveway.

The man riding the bike was killed in the accident. His female passenger who was pillion riding was rushed to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries. However, the SUV driver and the passenger cooperated with the police officers and were not injured.

Alcohol and drugs factor is not suspected in this accident.

The Santa Rosa Police Department is investigating the matter.
