Man Injured in Lucerne Valley Truck Crash on State Route 18 near Camp Rock Road

Lucerne Valley, California – After the Lucerne Valley truck accident that occurred on State Route 18 near Camp Rock Road on early Monday morning, one man was airlifted.

Just before 5:46 am, a refrigeration truck overturned along the side of the road, according to the authorities.

The cause of the accident is not known, however the authorities located a Dodge Ram nearly a quarter-mile from the accident scene, with windshield damage.

The firefighters rushed to the accident site and extricated the driver of the refrigeration truck.

The driver was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.

The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the accident.
