2 Sustained Minor Injuries in Malibu Car Crash on Pacific Coast Highway near Sycamore Canyon Road

Malibu, California (February 4, 2020) – Two people were hospitalized with minor injuries following a traffic collision that happened between Mugu Rock and Neptune’s Net in Malibu Monday afternoon, a local news source reported.

The minor injury collision took place at about 3:26 p.m. on February 3, along Pacific Coast Highway just south of Sycamore Canyon Road.

According to a California Highway Patrol report, the accident involved three vehicles that crashed on the highway for undisclosed reasons. Two of the cars involved acquired major front-end damage following the mishap.

Due to the impact, at least one person was pinned inside one of the involved vehicles.

The trapped victim was extricated from the wreckage by paramedics along with fire department officials who responded to the scene shortly after the wreck.

Two unidentified victims suffered minor injuries and were rushed to a local hospital for medication.
