1 Seriously Injured after Clayton Accident on Marsh Creek Road and Aspara Drive

Clayton, California (December 12, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a major injury crash that left one person severely hurt on Wednesday afternoon in Clayton.

The major collision occurred at about 2:11 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, on Marsh Creek Road, just east of Aspara Drive.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two cars collided for unknown reasons.

Responding emergency crews rendered aid to one party suffering a broken shoulder and a head trauma due to the collision. The patient was taken to John Muir Health Walnut Creek Medical Center for treatment.

The vehicles were towed away from the scene. All lanes were cleared as of 3:28 p.m.
