Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Interstate 15 near Joshua Street in Hesperia Identified as Justin Badilla

Hesperia, California (March 29, 2020) – Justin Paul Badilla, 42, of Toluca Lake, has been identified as the pedestrian who died after being hit by a car early Tuesday morning in Hesperia.

Badilla was struck by a vehicle while he was walking across Interstate 15 Freeway, just south of Joshua Street at around 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, March 24.

Badilla was declared dead at the dead at the scene.

The Victorville California Highway Patrol asked anyone who witnessed the accident to call them at 760-241-1186.
