Minor Injuries Sustained in Santa Maria Multi-Vehicle Accident on Wednesday Afternoon

Santa Maria, California – The Santa Maria multi-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 100 near Tepusquet Road on Wednesday afternoon involved two semis.

On August 26, just before 3:15 pm, the accident was reported.

Two big rigs and a vehicle collided in the westbound lanes of Highway 100 according to the California Highway Patrol.

Minor injuries were reported following the accident.

The highway was closed for a couple of hours after the crash occurred to clear the wreck at the scene.

No further information was released.

The accident is under investigation.
