Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 62 in Whitewater
Injuries Sustained in Whitewater Car Accident on State Route Highway 62 near Painted Hills Road
Whitewater, California (January 11, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a three-vehicle crash in Whitewater Friday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident took place at around 7:28 a.m. Friday, January 10 on State Route Highway 62 near Painted Hills Road. A white Nissan sedan collided with a maroon Dodge Ram pickup truck on State Route Highway 62, the CHP report states. The Ram was then hit by an oncoming SUV.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and treated those who were injured in the crash. The total number of victims and the extent of their injuries were not immediately available.
All three vehicles were towed from the scene.
The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
