Long Beach Multi-Vehicle Accident on Esperanza Avenue East Broadway
Long Beach, California (January 12, 2020) – A female officer was injured after multiple vehicles collided on Friday morning in Long Beach, according to a police report.
The collision took place at around 1:16 a.m. January 11, in the area of Esperanza Avenue and East Broadway.
Authorities said a marked Long Beach Police Department patrol vehicle was involved in the collision with a BMW sedan and a parked pickup truck.
The female officer was injured and transported to an area hospital for treatment.
No other details of the crash were immediately released.
The crash is still under investigation.
