San Luis Obispo County Fatal Crash Involving Semi on Highway 41 and Highway 46
San Luis Obispo County, California (March 16, 2020) – Police officers are investigating a fatal crash that was reported on Sunday night at around 8:15 p.m. in San Luis Obispo.
Multiple agencies responded to the crash scene at the junction of Highway 41 and Highway 46.
The California Highway Patrol said a semi-truck and another car were involved in the accident.
At least one person died in the collision. Their identity was not immediately reported.
Highway 41 and Highway 46 were closed following the crash and were opened Monday morning.
No other details of the crash were immediately released.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
