Driver Killed in Highway 4 Crash in Stockton

Driver Dies Following Fatal Stockton Crash on Highway 4 near South Sinclair Avenue

Stockton, California (February 18, 2020) – A two-vehicle crash on Highway 4 in Stockton killed one driver Monday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly wreck happened on Highway 4 near South Sinclair Avenue at around 6:15 p.m. Monday, February 17.

The CHP said a sedan and a truck tractor collided on Highway 4 for undetermined reasons.

The sedan driver died as a result of the collision. The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Police closed the roadway following the accident.

It remains unclear if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash. An investigation into the accident is underway.
