Douglas Mullins Killed in Oak View Accident on Saturday Night

Oak View, California – One pedestrian who was killed in an Oak View accident that occurred in the area of North Ventura and Larimer avenues on Saturday night has been identified as Douglas Mullins, 48, of Oak View.

On September 26, just before 8:25 pm, Mullins was walking on Highway 33 when he was hit by a southbound gray-colored 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, CHP said.

Mullins was declared dead at the scene.

An investigation to determine the cause of the accident is conducted by the CHP.
