David Dunne Killed in Scooter Crash on Creek Road near Dominga Avenue in Fairfax

David Dunne Dies after Fairfax Scooter Accident on Creek Road near Dominga Avenue

Fairfax, California (February 12, 2020) – Authorities have identified the scooter rider killed in a crash last week Wednesday in Fairfax, Marin County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 5 at 27 Creek Road near Dominga Avenue.

Authorities said 74-year-old David Dunne of Fairfax was riding an electric scooter when he was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons.

Dunne was transported to Marin Health Medical Center in Greenbrae where he died eight hours after his admission.

No other injuries were reported.

An investigation is underway.
