Motorcyclist Killed in Tehachapi Crash at Tehachapi Boulevard and Noria Drive Identified as David Dallas

Tehachapi, California (March 10, 2020) – Authorities have identified David Dallas, 36, as the motorcyclist who was killed Wednesday night in a traffic accident in Tehachapi, according to a local news source.

On March 4, at around 9:47 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of Tehachapi Boulevard and Noria Drive after reports of a traffic accident.

Police said a semi-truck was attempting to make a U-turn onto the Tehachapi Boulevard when, for unknown reasons, it collided with a motorcycle that was being driven eastbound on Tehachapi Boulevard by Dallas.

Dallas was transported to Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley in Lancaster, where he was later pronounced dead.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
