Concord Man Killed in San Ramon 2-Vehicle Crash on I-680 near Bollinger Canyon Road ID’d as Luis Rabanal

40-Year-Old Luis Rabanal Killed in San Ramon Car Crash on Highway 680 near Bollinger Canyon Road

San Ramon, California (May 27, 2020) – 40-year-old Luis Rabanal, of Concord, has been identified as the victim who died following a two-vehicle crash on Highway 680, near Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon at approximately 8:00 p.m. May 23, the Contra Costa County coroner’s office reported.

The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the Saturday night accident happened.

One of the involved automobiles came to a stop at the right-hand shoulder while the other car ended up in the far right traffic lane upon the impact.

Sadly, Rabanal was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

More details regarding the mishap will be released immediately after the CHP completes the investigation.
