One-Year-Old Boy Killed in San Martin Pedestrian Crash on Llagas Avenue

San Martin, California – A San martin pedestrian accident that happened near the driveway of a residence in 13700 block of Llagas Avenue is under investigation by the authorities.

The authorities stated that a 1-year-old boy was killed in the accident that occurred at around 3:37 pm on August 29

One investigation has found that a woman in her 2008 Ford was reversing out of the residence when she hit the boy who walked into the driveway from the home.

The emergency team was called and they rushed to the scene to perform CPR on the boy. He was then taken to the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where he was declared dead.

There is no factor of alcohol or drugs in the accident.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
