Petaluma, California (March 14, 2020) – A head-on collision in Petaluma left two people with injuries Friday morning, authorities said.
At around 7:42 a.m. Friday, March 13, 2020, the California Highway Patrol received a report of the crash on Stony Point and Pepper roads, near the ramp to Highway 101.
According to the CHP, Chad Greenlief, 37, of Petaluma, was driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck southbound on Stony Point Road when he failed to a stop at a stop sign and collided with a Ford Focus that was turning left to go onto south Highway 101.
The Ford driver, Rachel Kord, 34, of Rohnert Park, was transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with a broken leg. Greenlief complained of pain and was also taken to Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Rosa.
A witness told the police that the area was foggy at the time of the crash. It remains unclear if alcohol or drugs were factors in the accident.

Mr. Khodaverdian encourages victims and their family members to seek legal help as soon as possible in order to preserve their rights to the full extent of the law.
Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys has helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”
Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.
