Bladimir Santos Identified as Motorist Killed in Los Angeles Car Crash on Manchester and Budlong Avenues

Los Angeles, California (February 17, 2020) – One person killed and two others were injured in a crash involving two vehicles on Sunday in Los Angeles, according to police.

At about 1:44 a.m., on February 16, two vehicles collided in the area of Manchester and Budlong avenues for unknown reasons, according to authorities.

Bladimir Santos, 29, of Los Angeles, who was the driver of one of the vehicles, died at the scene as a result of the crash.

A driver and a passenger in the other car sustained minor injuries following the accident. They were aided at the scene by paramedics.

No arrests or citations were issued after the crash.

An investigation is underway.
