Bay Point, California (May 28, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to the collision of two vehicles at around 8:27 p.m. Wednesday.

The major injury crash occurred Wednesday night on the Bailey Road on-ramp to westbound Highway 4 in Contra Costa County.
