Seriously Injuries Reported After 2 Vehicles Collides on Highway 101 in Woodland Hills
Woodland Hills, California (April 5, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that lead to the collision of two vehicles on southbound Highway 101, just east of Valley Circle Boulevard in Woodland Hills Saturday night.
Officials said one of the involved vehicles overturned after the collision that took place at approximately 10:50 p.m.
At least one person was transported to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries sustained in the crash.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove both vehicles that acquired major front-end damage away from the crash site.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 lanes for around an hour.
The CHP is still investigating to identify the cause of the accident.
