Alan Robinson Fatal Pedestrian Crash in Linda Vista on Linda Vista Road near Mesa Collage Drive
Linda Vista, California (February 27, 2020) – 65-year-old Alan Bernard Robinson has been identified as the pedestrian who was killed in a crash late last year on December 7 at around 10:25 p.m. in Linda Vista, police said.
The San Diego Police said Robinson was dressed in dark clothing and walking eastbound mid-block when a Ford Escape, driven by a 28-year-old driver, struck him.
The deadly crash took place on Linda Vista Road about a block north of Mesa College Drive.
Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped and cooperated with the police.
No other details of the crash were immediately released.
The crash is still under investigation.
