El Rio Car Crash near Rose Avenue and Walnut Drive Leaves Several Injured

El Rio, California (December 30, 2019) – Four people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon near an intersection in El Rio, a local news source reported.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the area near Rose Avenue and Walnut Drive, where a collision involving a Nissan Altima and a Toyota Tacoma occurred.

The rescuers pulled one person from the wreckage of the crash.

Four people sustained injuries in the crash. One of them was hospitalized in unknown condition, and the other three refused medical treatment.

The vehicles were heavily damaged, and the roadway was littered with broken glass.

Authorities are investigating the collision.
