4 Hurt, Driver Arrested after Oakley Car Accident at Gardenia Avenue and Camelia Court
Oakley, California (January 13, 2020) – Four persons were injured after a DUI Oakley car accident on Sunday evening, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred at about 5:05 p.m. Sunday, January 12, at the intersection of Gardenia Avenue and Camelia Court.
As per the report, a woman driving under the influence caused a car collision. One of the cars involved rolled over following the impact. The overturned vehicle was occupied by two children. The DUI driver then exited Camelia Court and hit another car.
Responding firefighters along with medical personnel attended to at least four persons injured in the collision. The names of the patients were not immediately available.
Authorities later arrested the alleged DUI driver after the crash.
An investigation is underway.
