1 Adult, 2 Juveniles Injured in Lake Elsinore Car Accident at Highway 74 and Trellis Lane

Lake Elsinore, California (April 7, 2020) – Three people were injured Monday afternoon in a three-vehicle accident at an intersection in Lake Elsinore, according to a local news source.

The crash, which was reported at around 3:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, happened at the intersection of Highway 74 and Trellis Lane.

As per the report, three vehicles collided at the Lake Elsinore intersection in unclear circumstances. The force of the impact caused one child to be ejected from one of the vehicles and suffered major injuries.

The ejected child was transported to Inland ValleyMedical Center in Wildomar in critical condition.  The second child minor injuries and was also taken to Inland ValleyMedical Center.

One adult was transported to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment of minor injuries. The names of the patients have not been disclosed.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
