Minor Injuries Sustained in Costa Mesa Accident on Highway 55 near Del Mar Avenue

Costa Mesa, California (January 14, 2020) – A minor injury Costa Mesa car accident was reported on Tuesday evening in the area of Costa Mesa, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The accident occurred at around 6:29 p.m. Tuesday, on Highway 55, just north of Del Mar Avenue.

As per the dispatch, three vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The total number of patients and their current condition was not immediately released.

The vehicles were towed away from the scene.

The roadway was cleared as of 8:09 p.m.
