Minor Injuries Reported in Sylmar Crash on Highway 14 at 5 Freeway

Sylmar, California (December 10, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a minor injury crash that happened on Monday morning in Sylmar.

The collision occurred at about 9:13 a.m. Monday, on southbound Highway 14 at 5 Freeway.

According to the California Highway Patrol, three cars collided for reasons yet to be determined.

Responding emergency crews rendered aid to the wounded parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately provided.

The vehicles were towed away from the scene.

The cars were blocking lane 1 and HOV lane following the accident.
