2 Injured in Fair Oaks DUI Crash on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Bob Lane

Fair Oaks, California (February 1, 2020) – According to a California Highway Patrol report, two people sustained injuries following a traffic accident that happened Friday evening in Fair Oaks.

The wreck took place at around 5:40 p.m. Friday, January 31 on Fair Oaks Boulevard and Bob Lane, near New York Avenue.

As per the CHP report, two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection for unknown reasons.

One patient was transported to a hospital with major injuries. The other person suffered minor injuries.

Authorities closed Fair Oaks Boulevard following the crash.

Alcohol or drugs were considered a factor in the collision.

The accident remains under investigation.
