2 Sonoma County Deputies Hurt in Santa Rosa Car Crash on Highway 12 near Melita Road
Santa Rosa, California (January 2, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a car collision that left two Sonoma County deputies with injuries on Wednesday evening in the area of Santa Rosa.
The collision occurred at an unspecified time on Wednesday evening on Highway 12 near Melita Road.
The California Highway Patrol officials said two deputies were responding to a domestic violence call when their cars crashed for unknown reasons.
Responding emergency crews rendered aid to one of the deputies who suffered moderate injuries as a result of the crash. The patient was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
