Minor Injuries Sustained in Mountain View Accident on Highway 101 near Ellis Street

Mountain View, California (December 12, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after a traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday in the area of Mountain View, according to authorities.

The crash occurred on northbound Highway 101, just south of Ellis Street at about 10:39 a.m. Wednesday, December 11.

As per the CHP officials, two cars collided for reasons yet to be determined. One party was trapped in the wreckage after the crash.

Responding emergency crews attended to the crash victims. The number of injured parties and their current condition was not immediately provided.

The vehicles were towed away from the scene.

Officials issued a SigAlert blocking the lanes following the collision. All lanes were opened as of

12:35 p.m.
