Bryan Gonzalez-Lopez Arrested After Fatal DUI Crash on Central Expressway in Sunnyvale
Sunnyvale, California – After a deadly Sunnyvale DUI accident that occurred on the Central Expressway Sunday morning, a 13-year-old girl was killed and Bryan Gonzalez-Lopez, 18, was arrested
Bryan was driving in the eastbound lanes of Central Expressway between Mary Avenue and Bernardo Avenue when the vehicle flipped for unknown reasons, according to the local news report. The cause is still under investigation.
The 13-year-old girl who was Bryan’s passenger was killed in the accident.
Bryan suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment before being arrested. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and DUI.
The accident remains under investigation.
