Fatal Coarsegold Pedestrian Accident on Highway 41 near Road 207
Coarsegold, California (January 14, 2020) – A male party was struck and killed by a vehicle in Coarsegold at about 6:00 p.m. on Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal collision took place on January 13, on Highway 41 near Road 207 in Madera County.
As per the CHP report, the male pedestrian was struck by a sedan that was traveling on Highway 41 for undisclosed reasons.
The operator of the involved vehicle stopped after hitting the man and cooperated with the law.
The unidentified victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to identify the cause of the accident.
