At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in King City Car Accident on Metz Road

King City, California (June 16, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Monday afternoon head-on crash that left at least one person seriously injured in King City.

At about 3:51 p.m., on June 15, the California Highway Patrol responded to the accident in the 42960 block of Metz Road.

Two trucks collided on the roadway. The manner at which the crash occurred is yet to be established, according to the officials.

Persons were pinned in the trucks after the collision. One of the victims was unconscious but breathing.

At least one person sustained serious injuries from the mishap. 

More details about the accident were not immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
