1 Hospitalized after Potrero Car Accident on Broken Bone Lane

San Diego County, California (December 7, 2019) – A person was hospitalized Friday evening after a traffic crash involving two vehicles in Potrero, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The two-car accident took place at around 6:52 p.m. Friday, December 6 in the 24797 block of Broken Bone Lane near the Potrero Public Library.

The CHP said two vehicles collided on Broken Bone Lane. Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who suffered major injuries in the crash.  The patient was then airlifted to Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego for further treatment. The name of the victim and their current condition were not immediately disclosed.
