Fatal Train Crash in Dana Point on Palisades Drive
Dana Point, California (January 3, 2020) – Pedestrian was struck and killed by a train on Thursday afternoon in Dana Point, according to a local news source.
The deadly crash occurred at around 4:53 p.m. January 2, on Palisades Drive between the San Clemente Station and the San Juan Capistrano Metro Station.
According to the reports, an Inland Empire-Orange County Line 812 train struck a pedestrian on the trucks.
The pedestrian was killed in the accident. The identity of the victim was nor immediately released.
The investigation into the collision is still underway.
