Pedestrian Injured in Cal Poly Accident on Grand Avenue near N. Perimeter Road
Cal Poly, California (March 2, 2020) – Cal Poly Police are investigating a pedestrian crash that took place on Sunday, March 1 at around 8:00 p.m. in Cal Poly’s Campus
The California Polytechnic University Spokesman said the collision took place on Grand Avenue near N.Perimeter Road.
A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the crosswalk for reasons still under investigation.
The victim was hospitalized with leg and shoulder injuries.
The condition of the victim was not disclosed.
Drive involved stopped and cooperated with the police.
Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
