Los Angeles, California (April 6, 2020) – A pedestrian accident that happened in the area of Northridge Friday evening resulted in unspecified injuries to one person, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.

A person on foot is no match for a large, multi-ton vehicle. Pedestrians have virtually no protection when they are hit by cars, motorcycles, trucks, and other vehicles. Sadly, this often leads to catastrophic injuries and/or death.
