1 Injured in Highway 101 Crash in Humboldt County

1 Hurt in Humboldt County Crash on Highway 101 near Gavin Road

Humboldt County, California (January 31, 2020) – According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, one person sustained injuries following a traffic accident that happened last week Thursday morning in Humboldt County.

The two-car crash occurred on Highway 101 at Gavin Road at around 8:21 a.m. Thursday, January 23.

According to the CHP report, a gray sedan and a white SUV collided on Highway 101 for undetermined reasons.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash.

Further details regarding the accident were not immediately provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
