At Least 1 Injured in Sacramento Big Rig Accident on Highway 99 near 47th Avenue Off-Ramp

Sacramento, California (April 7, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Monday afternoon truck accident that left at least one person injured in Sacramento.

The accident occurred on Highway 99 at 47th Avenue off-ramp at about 12:40 p.m., on April 6.

A red truck collided with a tan-colored sedan on the southbound lanes of the highway in unclear circumstances, according to the police.

At least one victim with minor injuries was aided by the emergency crews who responded to the accident.
