Woman Seriously Injured in Highland Park Crash on Avenue 43 near Carlota Boulevard

Police Seek Driver in Highland Park Hit-And-Run Crash on Tuesday

Highland Park, California – A search operation is started by the police for the driver who was involved in the Highland Park hit-and-run accident leaving a woman critically injured on Tuesday night.

On September 2, at around 9:20 pm, a Toyota Camry was traveling eastbound on Avenue 43, when on the west of Carlota Boulevard a woman was hit on the roadway.

The woman was rushed to the hospital as she sustained critical injuries.

However, the driver fled the scene following the accident.

The police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the hit-and-run suspect driver.

They have said that anyone with the information can call Central Traffic Division Officer G.Diaz at 213-833-3713 or the watch commander at 213-833-3746.

A reward of $25,000 is offered by the city to anyone who provides the information thereby leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect driver.
