Homeless Woman Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Crash on Monday Night

Fresno, California – A Fresno pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of First Street and Yale Avenue just after 9:00 pm on September 14, a homeless woman has died.

The Fresno police stated that the woman was in the center divider on First Street when she slipped and fell into the street.

Then she was hit by a truck that was traveling on the street.

She was taken to the Community Regional Medical Center for treating critical injuries, however was later declared dead at the hospital.

The police shared the information about the truck driver who stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The accident is under investigation.
