45-Year-Old Woman Killed in Cupertino Collision on Wednesday Morning

Cupertino, California – Following a Cupertino accident that took place on the State Highway 85 ramp to Interstate Highway 280 on Wednesday morning, one woman was killed.

The accident was reported by the authorities at around 8:50 am when a 2003 Lexus was traveling on the ramp from northbound Highway 85 to southbound Highway 280.

It was driven by a woman who lost control and crossed the elevated dirt median and going towards the other ramp ending in a collision with a 2015 Lexus.

Due to the impact, both vehicles struck the wood and metal guardrail.

A 45-year-old woman who was driving the 2003 Lexus was killed in the accident.

Meanwhile, the other driver was taken to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center sustaining minor injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
