Rider Killed in Hanford Collision on Excelsior and 13th Avenues

Motorcyclist Killed in Hanford Collision on Excelsior and 13th Avenues

Hanford, California – Following the Hanford accident that occurred between a motorcycle and a vehicle on Excelsior and 13th Avenues on Sunday afternoon, one person was killed.

The California Highway Patrol stated that the accident occurred when a black 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle tried to overtake a 2004 Chevrolet truck on Excelsior Avenue when the truck attempted to make a left turn.

The vehicle turned and struck the motorcycle.

The rider was identified as a 36-year-old man and he was rushed to the Hanford Adventist Medical, where he was declared as dead.

Alcohol and drugs are not the factors that play as the cause of the accident.

The investigation is been taken care of by the CHP.
