Major Injury Accident at Dominion Road and Palmer Road, Friday Night

Santa Maria Valley, California – After the rollover accident that occurred in Santa Maria on Friday night, one person was airlifted to the hospital.

The Santa Barbara County firefighters shared that a single pickup truck met with an accident and rolled over in the area of Dominion Road and Palmer Road near the Santa Maria Valley.

The firefighters rushed to the accident scene and extricated one person who was trapped underneath the vehicle.

On September 4, at around 7:17 pm, the accident was reported.

The victim was critically injured and was airlifted by the Cal Star air ambulance to Santa Barbara Cottage.

The identity and current condition of the patient are unknown.

Due to the accident, the Dominion Road was closed just west of the Palmer Road.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
