Fatal Pomona Crash on Colony Drive near South Hamilton Boulevard

Pomona, California – After a vehicle crashed into a Pomona’s home on Thursday night, one person was killed.

A PT Cruiser was traveling at a high speed when the driver lost control and slammed into a home after jumping a curb.

At around 9:15 pm, the deadly accident occurred in the 1100 block of Colony Drive near South Hamilton Boulevard, the Los Angeles County Fire Department stated.

One person was killed at the scene however it was not clear whether the deceased person was an occupant of the vehicle or at home.

More details about the accident were not provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
